PURPOSE OF THE COURSE:

This 8.5 hour Fall protection training course is designed for any worker performing duties where a fall hazard exists. Telecom specialists, tradespeople, construction workers, theatre rigging technicians, and bridge maintenance staff are just a few of the professions that will benefit from participation in this course.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA:

Students must meet the following objectives to earn certification in this course:

  1. Perform an end-user inspection of fall protection equipment.
  2. Complete a full-body harness fitting.
  3. Complete a proper harness partner check.
  4. Conduct a fall hazard assessment.
  5. Achieve a minimum of 75% on a closed book examination.

PURPOSE OF THE COURSE:

This full day course is designed for any worker performing duties as an aerial boomlift operator. Regardless of any previous experience, the law requires that an operator receives theoretical and hands-on training on safe front-end loader operation. In addition, their knowledge and ability to operate an aerial boomlift safely must be evaluated.

The objective of this program is to help make the participant a safer operator and reduce the risk of injury by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills as required by the regulations.

  1. Achieve a minimum of 70% on the closed book exam.
  2. Perform a work area assessment.
  3. Conduct a pre-use inspection of the aerial boomlift.
  4. Score a passing grade of 80% on the practical examination.

This full-day Scissor Lift Training course is designed for any worker performing duties as a scissor lift operator. Regardless of any previous experience, the law requires that an operator receives theoretical and hands-on training on safe front-end loader operation. In addition, their knowledge and ability to operate a scissor lift safely must be evaluated.

The objective of this program is to help make the participant a safer operator and reduce the risk of injury by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills as required by the regulations.
